Broken Chains online exhibition and podcast update
Updated: Sep 28, 2021
Well the good news is my current art exhibition, Broken Chains, is now available online. You can check out both the artworks and my audio recordings about them at the Newcastle Libraries website here.
As for the bad news. Well the lockdown obviously means it's not possible to currently view the physical Broken Chains exhibition at Wallsend Public Library, and its also thrown a spanner in the works for the Broken Chains podcast series. While the episodes have finished post-production, their release has unfortunately had to be pushed back. We're now hoping the first episode will be out by the end of this month, though due to the unpredictable nature of the current situation, we don't have a firm date. Rest assured they'll be a new blog post here the day the podcast finally drops.
I hope everyone is staying safe during the lockdown. As should be evident, my first lockdown was a long time before COVID, so this is a game I've played before and know how to get through. I've mostly been keeping busy with art, finalising the podcast series and also my day job, which fortunately I've been able to do from home. I'm also pleased to let you know I've had my first COVID shot. Please consider keeping our community safe by getting yours if you haven't already. Best wishes everyone, stay safe, and hopefully I'll have some good news for you before too long.
